College Connection

Welcome CCS students and families to the College Connection page. The philosophy of college counseling is grounded in the school’s vision statement: “In all things Christ preeminent.” This vision guides students as they seek to identify, apply, and obtain admissions to an institution of higher learning that is an appropriate fit for their values, interests, abilities, and goals. Ultimately, choosing the right college is a family decision; the aim of College Advisement is to be a helpful resource in this process.

CCS aids students by hosting representatives from a variety of colleges throughout the year, providing assistance in managing applications, and offering the College Connection Newsletter and Bulletin Board as valuable sources of information for all Rhetoric students. The CCS college library contains several books available on loan. Students are given the tools and support they need in their journey of exploration.

The thought of selecting the right college can be daunting. However, we believe that through careful research, preparation and prayer students will find success in obtaining admissions to an institution that will promote their spiritual growth and help them continue to seek wisdom and virtue.
