Tuition & Fees
Below are the tuition rates and payment plan options for the 2026-2027 school year. Please note that several items are covered through tuition, including school supplies for Grammar School students (Kindergarten through 6th Grade); literature books and Cornell graph paper for Upper School students (7th through 12th Grade); school-day field trip admission costs; and one T-Shirt (for Grammar School field trips or Upper School House and retreats).

* Costs for the 6th Grade Retreat ($350), 7th and 8th Grade Retreat ($250), 9th through 12th Grade Rhetoric Retreat ($350), and the Senior Italy Trip are rolled into your total payment schedule. The Senior Italy Trip annual fee is not refundable if a student withdraws prior to the trip or does not participate. The Senior Italy Trip annual fee will be assessed as follows: $750/year (8th Grade), $700/year (9th Grade), $600/year (10th and 11th Grade), and $500/year (12th Grade).

Additional Notes on Fees: Please note that Option #3 may be payable over 11 months (excluding February) upon request. Participation fees for extracurricular activities will be communicated by each coach/director and will be assessed through FACTS. Families applying for new students will be assessed a $150 new student application fee through FACTS at the time of application. A $350 new student registration fee will be assessed through FACTS within two weeks of acceptance or before school starts – whichever comes first.
Affording Covenant With Tuition Assistance
Covenant supports mission-fit families through our Tuition Assistance Program. Prospective families are encouraged to apply for tuition assistance at the same time they apply for enrollment. Tuition assistance is only considered once a new student is offered enrollment and decisions are communicated only upon offer of enrollment.
Affording Covenant With TEFA
Texas recently created the Texas Education Freedom Accounts (TEFA) program with the intention of giving parents greater flexibility in choosing the best school for their children. Covenant encourages interested families to apply and requires all families who wish to receive Covenant Tuition Assistance to also apply for TEFA. Awards will be provisionally reserved until families provide us with verification of their TEFA status, and awards will be adjusted accordingly.
