Upper School Head

Covenant Classical School is seeking an Upper School Head for the 2025-2026 school year. The ideal candidate will be a godly, relational, and experienced administrator who understands and champions classical Christian education. He or she should be called as a shepherd, and his or her leadership of our close-knit faculty should be marked by wisdom and warmth. We seek the rare combination of a person who is organized and administratively gifted, yet can inspire vision and bring clarity with effective communication. The Upper School Head will be a member of a thriving Executive Administrative team and should enjoy the challenge, rapport, and reward of collaborative work. Preference will be given to those who hold a master’s degree, as well as to those who have understanding of and experience in Christian, classical schools. Recess Supervisor

Covenant Classical School is seeking to an additional recess supervisor beginning in January 2025 for the remainder of the 2024-2025 school year. Recess supervisors are required to actively monitor students during their scheduled recess time. Supervisors communicate playground and indoor recess rules/expectations, mediate student conflict, and report challenging behaviors to Grammar School administration. This position requires the supervisor to stay on his/her feet for several hours at a time. Must be comfortable actively supervising and navigating the playground and managing groups of 5- to 13-year-old students. Work days/hours are from Tuesday through Thursday from 9:30 a.m. to 3:10 p.m. with breaks available throughout the day.
