Apply to Covenant
Thank You For Your Interest in Covenant Classical School
We require families to apply for admission online as it simplifies submission and provides parents a tool for tracking the status of their admission after their application has been submitted. Applying is easy – simply create a username and password for your account, and you will be able to begin your application. You will find the following sections in our online application for admission: a personal parent testimony, a Statement of Faith agreement, the name of the church you attend, a pastoral reference request and a teacher reference request. The login information will allow you to return to your account at any time to continue working on your application. When we receive your completed application, we will contact you to set up appointments for admission assessments and a parent interview. We welcome your questions and look forward to hearing your aspirations for your child’s life of faith and learning. You can also apply online for tuition assistance, which is provided to eligible families on an income-need basis. Tuition assistance enables students – whose families could not otherwise afford full tuition – to attend school and join our community. Questions? Call the Admission Office at 817.820.0884 x 8105 or email Admission Coordinator Lana Fields at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Deadlines* for first-round applications are:
Kindergarten: January 22
1st – 6th Grades: February 4
7th -12th Grades: February 11
*Applications received after these deadlines will be processed on a rolling, space-available basis. Waiting pool applications will be accepted after a grade is filled. If a place becomes available in a previously closed grade, all applicants in the waiting pool for that grade will be notified on the same date and given one week to activate their application if interested. All activated waiting pool applicants will be considered together.
Current Families: Introducing Continuous Enrollment This January
What is continuous enrollment? When you fill out and affirm this January’s re-enrollment contract – or submit an enrollment contract for a new student – you will be indicating your student’s intention to remain at Covenant through graduation, unless you decide to withdraw by a pre-communicated, annual, opt-out date. Beginning in January 2023, there will be no re-enrollment forms to complete, and your family will be asked to simply re-affirm the school’s Statement of Faith or complete a withdrawal form before the opt-out date if you know your student will not be returning. With 93% of our families choosing re-enrollment each school year, this new model allows us to secure classroom spots for the large majority of our students and plan for new students more effectively, all while reducing the number of forms that need to be filled out each year! If you have questions about continuous enrollment, please contact Lana Fields at email@example.com.
