Admissions at Covenant

Thank you for your interest in Covenant!

We look forward to partnering with you to determine if Covenant is the best fit for your family. The first step of Covenant’s admission process is to fill out an inquiry form using the button below. After submitting the form, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing a link to schedule a 20-minute informational phone call so you can learn more about our school. Next steps may include a campus tour, a parent interview, grade-level assessments and on-campus shadow days.

Applications for the 2023-2024 school year are now open.

We require families to apply for admission online as it simplifies submission and provides parents a tool for tracking the status of their admission after their application has been submitted. Applying is easy – simply create a username and password for your account, and you will be able to begin your application. You will find the following sections in our online application for admission: a personal parent testimony, a Statement of Faith agreement, the name of the church you attend, a pastoral reference request and a teacher reference request. Once a completed application is received, we will contact you to set up appointments for admission assessments and a parent interview. We welcome your questions and look forward to hearing your aspirations for your child’s life of faith and learning. You can also apply online for tuition assistance, which is provided to eligible families on an income-need basis. Tuition assistance enables students – whose families could not otherwise afford full tuition – to attend school and join our community. Questions? Call Admission Coordinator Lana Fields at 817.820.0884 x 8105 or email her at lfields@covenantfw.org.

Deadlines for first-round applications are:
Kindergarten: January 21
1st – 6th Grades: February 3
7th -12th Grades: February 17

Applications received after the deadlines listed above will be processed on a rolling, space-available basis. Waiting pool applications will be accepted after a grade is filled. If a place becomes available in a previously closed grade, all applicants in the waiting pool for that grade will be considered together.
